The person making the reservation must be PRESENT and bring their drivers license. Any additonal drivers will need to bring a valid drivers license. You are responsible for the fuel used at the end of your reservation.


SAFETY CHECKLIST, YOU WILL HAVE TO GO OVER THIS WITH DOCK ATTENDANT BEFORE TAKING THE BOAT.

BRING YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE AND WHOEVER PLANS ON DRIVING WILL NEED TO BRING THEIRS TOO.

CHILDREN UNDER 12 MUST WEAR A LIFE JACKET AT ALL TIMES!! IF YOU HAVE AN INFANT YOU MAY NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LIFE JACKET.

• We cannot exceed capacity and everyone on boat will need a certify life jacket.
• Engine must be in neutral to start.
• Engine must be off when swim ladder is down. SWIM LADDER MUST BE UP BEFORE GETTING UNDERWAY!
• No one can ride in the front area outside the gate. The Lake Patrol will issue tickets for this!
• The entire cove is a no-wake zone. (all the way to the no wake buoy is no wake zone)
• No one should be walking around in the boat while it is in motion.
• No excessive use of alcohol or drugs will be tolerated on our boats.
• DO NOT TIE OFF TO ANY DOCK OR BOAT WITHOUT FENDERS OR BUMPERS!
• DO NOT BEACH THE BOATS! THE SHORE IS TOO ROCKY AND THE HULL CAN BE PIERCED!
• No open fires or grilling on the boats!
• There will be a cleaning fee if boat returns dirty. Cleaning fee will start at $40 and will go up depending on the cleanliness of the boat.
• Have the renter return the boat to the front of the gas dock for re-fueling and fee assessment.
• DO NOT go pass Cookson Bend Marina
• Very important, only the person signing the rental agreement is allowed to drive the boat!
• Inflatable tubes are dangerous and that only one person can ride at a time. I acknowledge that if I do not return with the tube or if there is any damage, I am responsible for the replacement cost.
• Renter is responsible for any cigarette burns or any burn in upholstery or flooring at $200 per burn hole.
• Inform renter of prop condition. If prop comes back damaged they will be billed for a replacement in the amount of $200.00 +tax (renter is able to take picture on their phone beforehand if they want to)
• An anchor is provided. If you lose the anchor there will be a $100 charge. Once the anchor leaves its designated spot you are fully responsible for it.
• I acknowledge that the boat comes with a throw cushion, anchor, paddle, ropes and fire extinguishers. If I do not return with these items or if they are damaged, I am responsible for the replacement cost.
• Turn engine off when jumping in the water or swimming
• Kill switch lanyard must be attached at all times when boat engine is on.
• Boats are equipped with Track-Ya-Back tracking for your own safety and to protect our boats. Any tampering with the device will be charged $250.
• You must go inside to pay for your fuel that was used at the end of your rental.
